Glad to hear it. I look at fitness as an investment in myself. Just like my education and my business support my wallet, and my faith supports my mind and heart; fitness does it part as well:
It gives me energy, which keeps me moving during work. It gives me a better appearance, which makes me desirable to women. It gives me perspective, which allows me to discover my mental strengths and beat down my weaknesses. It gives me a challenge, which keeps me from being bored. It gives me health, which allows me to enjoy life for as long as I have it.
I live on my own terms. Staying healthy and fit makes that easier.
